Refund policy

All orders placed with BARE SNKRS are considered final sale. We encourage customers to carefully review their order details, including sneaker model, colourway, and size, before completing their purchase.

Eligible Returns

A return may only be requested if BARE SNKRS has made an error with the sneaker model, color-way, or size supplied.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection made by the customer, preference changes, or any other reason unrelated to an error made by BARE SNKRS.

Return Request Period

Eligible return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Once a return has been approved, the sneaker must be sent back to BARE SNKRS within 24 hours of the return request being approved.

Condition of Returned Sneakers

To qualify for a return, the sneaker must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed and unused

  • Free from dirt, stains, creasing, marks, or any signs of wear

  • In the same condition in which it was received

  • Returned with its original packaging, box, accessories, tags, and other included items

Customers should avoid trying on or wearing the sneakers outdoors if they intend to request a return.

BARE SNKRS reserves the right to reject a return if the sneaker or its packaging shows signs of use, damage, alteration, or any condition that differs from when it was delivered.

Return Assessment

All returned sneakers will be inspected before a return is accepted. Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee approval.

If the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, BARE SNKRS may decline the return and the item may be returned to the customer.

Refunds

Eligible returns will be refunded once the returned sneakers have been received and inspected by BARE SNKRS.

Refunds may take up to 3 business days to reflect, depending on the payment method or financial institution used.

If your refund has not reflected after 3 business days, please contact BARE SNKRS for assistance. Customers may be required to provide relevant order or payment details to help us process the enquiry.

Important

Customers are responsible for checking their order details before placing an order. Once an order has been confirmed, BARE SNKRS is not responsible for errors made by the customer when selecting a size, model, color-way, or other product option.
