Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Standard delivery typically takes up to 4 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier schedules, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we work closely with our delivery partners, BARE SNKRS cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or times.

Customer Availability

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring their phone lines remain active and reachable while awaiting delivery. Couriers may contact customers to confirm directions, delivery times, or arrange handover.

Failure to respond to calls or messages from the courier may result in delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or returned parcels.

Delivery Address Changes

For security and verification purposes, delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has been dispatched. Customers are encouraged to carefully review all shipping details before completing their purchase.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, or inability to reach the customer, a redelivery request may be arranged. Additional delivery fees charged by the courier may apply.

Saturday Deliveries

Saturday deliveries may be available in select locations but are not guaranteed and depend entirely on courier availability.

BARE SNKRS currently delivers to supported locations within Ghana. Delivery availability, timelines, and fees may vary depending on the destination.

Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. BARE SNKRS is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses, inaccurate contact details, or incomplete delivery instructions.

Order Tracking & Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the courier partner. BARE SNKRS will assist customers with delivery updates where possible but is not liable for delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, road closures, or events beyond our control.
